Referral Disclosure & Agreement

Diamond Towing Service does not require, direct or encourage customers to use any particular hire car or replacement vehicle provider.

If a customer requests assistance or asks Diamond Towing Service for information regarding a hire car or replacement vehicle provider, we may, at the customer's request, provide details of or facilitate contact with an independent third-party provider.

• Any referral will only be made at the customer's request and with their consent.
• Diamond Towing Service may receive a referral payment, commission, reward or other benefit from a third-party provider if the customer chooses to use their services.
• Customers are under no obligation to use any provider whose details are supplied by Diamond Towing Service.
• Customers are free to choose their own hire car or replacement vehicle provider.
• Requesting, accepting or declining a referral will have no effect on the towing service provided or the towing fees charged by Diamond Towing Service.
• Diamond Towing Service does not guarantee eligibility, availability, insurance recovery or the outcome of any claim associated with a third-party provider.

Any hire or replacement vehicle arrangement is a separate agreement between the customer and the third-party provider and is subject to that provider's own eligibility requirements, terms and conditions.

Diamond Towing Service does not provide advice regarding which replacement vehicle provider a customer should choose.

Where a customer asks Diamond Towing Service for assistance locating a provider, we may provide information about one or more available providers. The final decision whether to contact or engage a provider remains entirely with the customer.

By requesting that Diamond Towing Service provide details of, or facilitate contact with, a third-party hire or replacement vehicle provider, the customer acknowledges that:

• the referral was made at their request;
• they remain free to choose another provider or make their own arrangements; and
• Diamond Towing Service may receive a referral fee, commission, reward or other benefit if they choose to use the referred provider.

Nothing in this disclosure limits any rights the customer may have under applicable Western Australian legislation or the Australian Consumer Law.
