At Diamond Towing Service, we always act in the best interests of our customers. From time to time, we may refer customers to third-party hire car providers. If you choose to take up a hire car service with one of these providers, we may receive a referral reward, commission, or other benefit from that provider.

We want to be transparent, this does not affect the cost you pay for the hire car, nor does it influence our towing service fees. You are under no obligation to use any provider we recommend and are free to select a hire car provider of your choice.

Our priority is ensuring you receive a professional, fair, and reliable service in line with the Western Australian Tow Truck Regulations 2022 and the Australian Consumer Law.

Referral Disclosure & Agreement

(Diamond Towing Service & Carbiz Australia)

Diamond Towing Service may refer customers to Carbiz Australia for replacement hire cars after an accident.

• Diamond Towing Service may receive a referral payment from Carbiz for successful referrals.
   
• Customers are under no obligation to use Carbiz and may choose any hire car provider.
   
• This complies with Western Australian Tow Truck Regulations we must always act in the customer’s best interest.
   

• Will only make referrals with customer consent.
   
• Will not give advice about Carbiz products or guarantees, only provide Carbiz’s official information.
   
• Will clearly disclose any referral benefit to the customer.
   

• Will provide vehicles subject to their approval process.
   
• Will pay any agreed referral fees to Diamond Towing Service.
   

• Either party may end this referral arrangement at any time in writing.
   
• Nothing in this agreement affects towing fees, charges, or obligations under the Tow Truck Regulations 2024 (WA).
